Today on the blog, we are taking it all the way back to September 2017 to the wedding of Zach and Laura, aka one of my all time faves. I am so happy to know these two. They bring so much joy & light into everything they do. We had a DANG GOOD TIME on their wedding day and I’d do 10/10 do it again. There was pizza, tears, laughter, champagne (LOTS), falling, jumping, running, you name it. You can tell how much they love, appreciate and truly enjoy each other so much through these photos.

SO SO pumped to share this beautiful destination wedding from last november. wow! it does not feel like it has been a year since I dug my toes into the sand of the beautiful carribean & sipped on an iceburg (margarite + beer…ayo!) with the best crew. this wedding was an absolute blast as you’ll see from the bajillion photos i HAD to share.
alexis & brett are honestly so blessed with the best friends and family. my husband was able to tag along on this trip (sans kids…yay for adult time!) and we were treated so well & like family by everyone. it definitely set the bar high for future destination weddings.
ANYWAY, LET’S GET TO THE GOODS.
over a year & a half ago, i got to photograph something so so special! this is one of my absolute favorite shoots every because I got to surprise the heck out of my very soon to be sister-in-law (5 days until their wedding!). nate (my BIL) & i convinced melissa they were going to pose for me for a creative shoot. i try to do these every so often to help keep my creativity flowing. i styled this & set everything up. we [nate & i] were hella nervous, but pulled this off perfectly! i somehow kept these in focus during the proposal cause we all know i was balling my eyeballs out.
we started in the parallel forrest and ended on top of mount scott in the wichita wildlife refuge here in oklahoma. it’s the perfect mix of views! also one of oklahomas best kept secrets. we’ve got a lot to offer in case you were wondering.
all decor was provided by Borrowed Charm who are amazing to work with!
I am so excited to finally update my website. It has been a while and I am so pumped to have it reflect more of my personality, style & show off all of my amazing people! Please stay tuned for new blog posts & content. YAY!
