- WORK OUT- join a gym. i prefer group fitness which takes out the hassle of having to think about the workout beforehand. i show up and get it done! it has allowed me to meet other like minded adults & make new friends well. :)
- apple watch (or something to track your progress) & challenge someone
- find a partner for accountability/encouragement
- i also do yoga at home on the days i don’t go to the gym to get my blood flowing

- LIMIT SOCIAL MEDIA- Be intentional when you are on social media.
- set a goal before you even open the app
- don’t allow yourself to scroll mindlessly

- SET SMALL GOALS FOR YOUR DAY- Bullet journaling, lists, planners
- break down each daily goal into smaller tasks
- WRITE IT DOWN & GET IT OUT OF YOUR HEAD

- JOURNALING- write down your feelings, thoughts, ideas, gratitude, affirmations
- helps you get it out of your head and let things instead of dwelling
- almost as good as therapy ;)

- LOSE EGO- don’t take everything so seriously
- you’re not as important as you think you are

- DO ONE THING FOR YOURSELF EACH DAY- my personal favorite is to take a bath
- other ideas: watch your favorite show, have a treat, do yoga

- EAT HEALTHY & DRINK WATER- eat for nourishment and not just pleasure
- make sure you are eating enough!!

- DANCE PARTY WHEN SAD OR FEELING LOW- seriously. turn on some jams and dance it out! preferably 00’s rap.
- make yourself smile

- CALL YOUR FRIENDS/FAMILY- again, adult interaction is key as well as nourishing those important relationships

- REALIZE SELF INFLICTED STRESS IS AVOIDABLE- you control your thoughts. nothing is worth your mental health suffering.

- GET SH*T DONE- i often get stressed because of the amount of things i need to get done. just focusing on getting things done. it is better than perfect and you can always go back and tweak things! (most of the time)
- JUST DO IT (thanks nike!)

do you have any tips for working from home? please share!
